    Your first session, typically an intake session, lasts up to 60 minutes. During this time, we’ll explore your background, current concerns, and therapy goals. It’s a chance for us to understand your unique situation and for you to ask any questions.

    Our approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, creativity, and transparency. We believe in meeting you where you are and providing personalized care with practical tools you can use every day. Sessions are comfortably challenging, fostering insight and self-discovery in a supportive space.

  5. How much do sessions cost?
    The intake session, which includes a comprehensive assessment, costs $135. Regular 60-minute sessions are $100. I also accept insurance through Headway, which may help reduce out-of-pocket costs.

  6. Are the online sessions secure?
    Yes, all virtual sessions are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality.

  7. Do you offer in-person sessions?
    At this time, I offer virtual sessions to provide flexibility and accessibility for clients, including those who may face challenges attending in-person sessions.

  8. How do I book an appointment?
    Scheduling an appointment is easy. Click on the "Schedule Your Session" link on our website to book your session. 

  9. What is your cancellation policy?
    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
